When SuperRare first released its RarePass Genesis NFTs, holders were excited to learn they would enjoy several exclusive perks. Now, SuperRare has delivered on its promise with the launch of its first airdrop collection to them on December 2, 2022.

Details About the Drop

The NFTs distributed are named Decoherence by Pindar Van Arman and consist of 250 animated images designed by the artist. The impressionist images were created using a combination of quantum computers and AI, and the collection theme featured taking a trip to another dimension.

After release, the collection saw immense success in the market, with the top assets bringing in 5 ETH apiece on OpenSea. The marketplace management has also expressed excitement at this new development which is described as a full-circle moment given the artist’s history with the exchange.

“We’re thrilled to debut Decoherence as the first artwork to drop for the collectors of RarePass. As one of the earliest artists on SuperRare and one of the most coveted, Pindar’s work has always been pushing the boundaries for digital art and we are so glad to celebrate that with this drop.” – SuperRare co-founder and CEO John Crain.
